It appears that the owners of the yellow catamaran have taken the dingy ashore and are spending some beach time at Cinnamon Bay within Virgin Islands National Park, in the United States Virgin Islands.
National Park Service boats are tied up at the pier in front of the Virgin Islands National Park Visitors Center on St John, US Virgin Islands in the Caribbean, a US Territory.
